The Tianjin Trends Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. is registered in the Tianjin Hi-tech Industrial Park, being a modern high-tech enterprise dedicated to R&D of equipment for sea water desalinization, integrating research, development, production and sales of environment-protection and energy-saving building material products.
The key R&D project “water-free urinal” of the company was launched in 2001 and has acquired five patents of the country for its technology in 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005, respectively. The product has been developed for three generations already and has obtained many certificates issued by the Ministry of Construction and the Beijing Municipal Government for scientific and technological research achievements and application promotion, etc. The product is now listed in the first rank in all kinds of freestanding urinals all over the world for it overcomes disadvantages of the overseas water-free oil sealed products, it is characterized by no water flush is needed after use, no peculiar smell in the urinal, no residual of urine, no scaling, being strong in sterilization and comfort in use, etc. It also has advantages of low consumption of material, smooth flow, being difficult to be blocked, easy installation and cleaning and so on. The product stands in a leading position in both the domestic and international building material markets in terms of advanced technology.
Inspections made by the Beijing Municipal Environmental Sanitation Inspection Center on the water-free urinals installed in public toilets in Beijing have shown that all parameters are up to standard, and the Beijing Municipal Administration Commission has formally recommended to the organizing commission of Olympic Beijing 2008 to install this product in toilets of all the sports fields, stadiums and gymnasiums.
Inspections made by a Japanese inspection organization (SHIMIZU Corporation) on environment of the water-free urinal and a control product of induction water flush urinal showed odor in environment where water-free urinal is installed is 5% less than the induction water flush product.
A inspection organization in Taiwan made comparisons among water free urinals of this company and four kinds of other products from US and Denmark, and the water-free urinal from this company was listed the first by its extraordinary performance-cost ratio. Now the products are exported to many countries, such as Denmark, Canada, Japan, the Philippines, Korea and etc. which all have very good comments on the water-free urinal product.
Now, lack of water resources is the most concerned topic all over the world. Water resources are so limited in Australia, Americas, India and countries in the Middle East that daily drinking water supply is a problem. Water is the source of life and water saving is imminent. How to effectively use the limited water resources and how to go on our own way of water saving by adoption of modern technologies are partly answered by birth of the water-free urinal, which fills a blank in the international sanitary ware market to replace the induction water flush product that has overwhelmed the market for ten years. Only products complying with the natural environmental laws and the trends of the time can bring about good economic and social performances. |
